Quality process

Quality and documentation, confirmed per shipment.

Specifications and quality parameters are agreed with you per product and confirmed against destination requirements. Nothing is assumed, and nothing is published as a blanket guarantee.

01 · Specifications

Every order starts from an agreed specification.

The parameters below are discussed, confirmed in writing and used as the reference for everything that follows.

Cut & form

Form — flakes, dices, granules or powder — and the required cut size are agreed before sourcing begins.

Sensory parameters

Colour, flavour, aroma and appearance are confirmed against the agreed reference and expected variance.

Analytical parameters

Moisture, particle size and other measurable parameters are confirmed against your requirement.

Packing configuration

Bulk or custom packing, unit weights and palletisation are set for the product, quantity and destination.

02 · Quality checks

Checks run through the sourcing and production chain.

Quality control is anchored to the agreed specification at each stage, in line with what the selected producer can support.

Checks at source

Raw material is reviewed against the agreed brief before processing begins.

In-line checks

Appearance, cuts and processing parameters are monitored against the specification.

Finished-goods checks

Final product is checked against the agreed parameters before packing and dispatch.

Batch linkage

Checks attach to the batch, so each shipment can be linked back to its production history.

03 · Testing & COA

Tests and certificates are agreed, not assumed.

Testing scope, methods and the Certificate of Analysis are confirmed for each product and shipment against your requirement.

Agreed testing scope

Parameters, test methods and the laboratory are agreed with you per product and requirement.

Certificate of Analysis

A COA can be aligned to your specification and destination expectations for the specific shipment.

Destination-driven asks

Any additional destination-required testing is identified and confirmed before quotation.

No blanket guarantees

We do not publish blanket quality claims. Every parameter and document is confirmed per product and shipment.

04 · Packaging

Packing that survives the journey.

Packaging is configured around the product, quantity and destination — with food-grade contact materials and export-appropriate outer packing.

  • Bulk bags or cartons with food-grade PE liner, configured per order
  • Custom packing, bag weight and carton configuration set per product and quantity
  • Palletisation, slipping and marking arranged for ocean freight and destination handling
  • Moisture-barrier materials for dried and dehydrated products where required

Packing materials, weights, marking and palletisation are all confirmed against the agreed commercial terms and destination requirements before dispatch.

05 · Traceability

Product can be traced to its batch.

Each shipment links back to the source lots and processing batches available from the selected producer.

  • Products are traceable to the source lots and processing batches available from the selected producer
  • Batch records support the documentation pack for each shipment
  • Traceability depth is confirmed per product and producer — never assumed

Traceability supports quality reviews and documentation needs — at the level actually available from the producer, confirmed per product.

06 · Export documentation

Documents are prepared for the real destination.

The document set is validated against the agreed commercial terms before the cargo moves.

  • Commercial documents with the agreed shipment details
  • Quality documentation such as a COA, aligned to buyer and destination requirements
  • Destination-specific certificates and documentation, confirmed before dispatch
  • Document set is validated against the agreed commercial terms before the cargo moves

We coordinate documentation from India and share the pack with you before dispatch, so nothing is discovered late.

07 · Destination-specific

Your destination sets the finishing requirements.

Requirements can vary by market — they are confirmed per order and reflected in the specification and documents.

  • Destination norms for labelling, documentation and product can vary by market
  • Requirements are confirmed against each order before quotation, not assumed in advance
  • Any change or special requirement from the destination is flagged early in the process

Share the destination country in your enquiry so requirements can be confirmed from the first conversation.
